For the last decade I’ve done development for a number of companies (it’s a nasty average of about 1 per year). However, I was never at the level I felt I was capable. I actually didn’t like being the “go to” guy, especially when I had been using a technology for less time than my peers. My goal has been to be a part of a company where I was able to learn as much as I was able to teach; a company that invested highly in its employees, for they are the backbone. I want to be doing cutting-edge, enterprise-level development. I have arrived. As of today I have been officially hired as a Solutions Developer for Avanade.
For all those who have helped me get to where I am, I extend my deepest thanks.
